Description

The Man vs Mind will explain to readers the science and psychology that impacts on our everyday existence. It will tap into our instinctive curiosity about the world around us, but also show how, by understanding these things, we can learn to take greater control of our lives. Man vs Mind will look at how psychology is being used for to improve our wellbeing, better understand our behaviour and surroundings, and to develop new tools to help us with day-to-day living. By focussing on the big ideas, rather than the mundane small details, Man vs Mind will captivate those with even the most rudimentary understanding of psychology. All that will be required of the reader is a little curiosity.
